Intro to SMART

SMART Recovery is an alternative self-help program for recovery from alcohol or drug abuse. It provides Self Management And Recovery Training. Participants explore and use sound psychological principles that can be applied to their own lives. Groups are always small so that everyone present can feel welcome.

How can I learn more? The best way to learn about SMART Recovery is to come to a meeting.
